We're a Malaysian firm that takes care of the monthly payroll and HR administration for small businesses. Owners can then spend their time on customers and staff.
Fitaz began trading in 2020 as Fitaz Enterprise and was incorporated as Fitaz Sdn. Bhd. in 2025. We started by helping local business owners who were doing their own payroll and staff paperwork late at night, and we saw the same pattern again and again. The work wasn't hard to understand, but it was easy to fall behind on, and costly when it went wrong.
So we built our service around a steady monthly routine, clear checklists and a named contact on WhatsApp, rather than a once-a-year rush.
Our clients have included businesses in:
Recurring work follows written procedures and checklists, so quality doesn't depend on one person remembering.
You know what's included and what it costs before we start. Extra work is agreed before it's done.
We explain numbers and obligations in words a busy owner can act on.
Client data is kept in access-controlled folders and systems, and handled under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act.
