How it works

How we work with you

What happens, what we need from you, and how you'll know it's done. The whole process, from a free 10-minute consultation to your monthly payroll and HR routine.

The six stages

  1. 1

    Free 10-minute consultation

Book through the consultation page or WhatsApp. In a short call we learn about your business and team, and tell you whether payroll, HR or both would help. No obligation.

  2. 2

    Teleproposal

If you'd like our help, we walk you through a tailored proposal on a call: payroll, HR or both, what's included, what isn't, what we need from you, and the monthly fee. You then receive it in writing.

  3. 3

    Agreement

When you accept, we both sign an engagement letter, so the scope and fee are clear to both sides.

  4. 4

    Onboarding

We send a checklist, set up a shared folder and your employee records, and agree a monthly cut-off date. For payroll, we run a trial payroll alongside your current method before going live. Onboarding usually takes two to three weeks, depending on your records.

  5. 5

    Monthly routine

Work follows a fixed routine, set out below. Payroll is calculated, checked by a second person, then sent for your approval.

  6. 6

    Regular check-ins

Every quarter we check whether the scope still fits, for example when your headcount changes.

The monthly routine

Exact dates are agreed with you, based on your pay date and the services you take.

Who does what

Fitaz Corporate

  • Keeps a deadline calendar for your business
  • Calculates and checks payroll and statutory amounts
  • Prepares HR documents and keeps employee records
  • Has every payroll reviewed by a second person
  • Flags problems early and explains them plainly

You

  • Send payroll inputs and staff changes by the cut-off date
  • Answer questions about unusual items
  • Approve each payroll before payment
  • Remain the employer, responsible for your staff
  • Tell us about changes: new staff, pay rises, leavers

Deadlines depend on both sides. We can only meet them if inputs and approvals arrive on time, which is why the cut-off date matters.

Tools we use

We work remotely using cloud payroll software, shared folders with controlled access, and WhatsApp Business for day-to-day contact. The specific software is agreed with you during onboarding.
